Accessibility Statement

Kratom Paradise wants the website to be usable, readable, and navigable for as many customers as possible.

Our accessibility goal

The goal of the Kratom Paradise website is to make product information easy to browse. Customers should be able to find products, read descriptions, compare variants, review policies, and complete checkout with as little friction as possible. Accessibility is part of that goal because a store that is easier to use helps everyone.

Accessibility priorities include clear headings, descriptive image alt text, readable contrast, organized navigation, consistent product titles, clear button labels, and structures that work with assistive technology. Clean organization is especially important across product-heavy shopping pages.

Product clarity

Kratom Paradise listings use clear titles, variant selectors, and descriptions. Powders, capsules, MIT tablets, MIT extract powders, and bulk products use different option structures, so each hierarchy identifies whether a selector controls size, count, strength, flavor, or product name.

Image accessibility matters too. Product photos should have descriptive alt text where possible. A customer using assistive technology should be able to understand whether an image represents powder, capsules, MIT tablets, bulk capsules, or another product type. Good alt text is not decoration; it is part of product communication.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility requires ongoing attention. Listings, collections, images, menus, controls, and policy information are reviewed as the storefront changes so the shopping experience remains understandable.

Accessibility feedback is welcome. If information is hard to read, a control is confusing, an image description is missing, or navigation is difficult to use, contact support with the affected URL and a description of the issue.

Contact for accessibility feedback

To report an accessibility issue, email support@kratomparadise.com. Please include the page URL, device or browser if relevant, and a brief explanation of what happened. Screenshots can be helpful if available, but a clear written description is enough to start.

Kratom Paradise will review accessibility feedback as part of ongoing site improvement. The goal is a storefront that looks bold and tropical while still being practical, readable, and easy to navigate. Strong design and accessibility should support each other, not compete.
